Requirements

  • 10+ years experience working for the Microsoft organization directly
  • 15+ years of Microsoft ecosystem experience, majority with BizApps
  • Experience working with $250M+ Microsoft ecosystem integrators
  • Must possess strong communication skills, proactiveness, fluency, interpersonal skills and manage task assignments for yourself and within teams.
  • Must have advanced problem solving ability. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
  • Must have led client discovery sessions, conducted system walkthroughs, and led both sales pursuits plus delivery for Microsoft implementation projects.
  • Functional knowledge across SMC, enterprise majors plus enterprise strategic Microsoft accounts
  • Proven track record of leadership, account growth and client delivery skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current RSM Microsoft client portfolio to identify single capability clients (white space)
  • Partners closely with sales teams to position next-step opportunities, and driver broader adoption across the Microsoft portfolio
  • Document current “attach rates” for Microsoft BusApps (ie: how many F&SC clients have other BusApps services, 1M services or RSM LoB services)
  • Lead client QBR’s
  • Build trusted C-Suite relationships
  • Portfolio and account expansion (SMC, enterprise majors plus enterprise strategic)
  • Net new BusApps growth, new 1M growth and expand into additional RSM LoB growth
  • Increase customer value through multi-solution adoption and measured through improved client retention rates
  • Develop repeatable growth strategies between RSM sales, delivery, 1M and other RSM LoB
