About The Position

As a Business Applications Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our technology platforms to support the Sales and Marketing teams. This highly visible position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to drive growth and improve customer engagement. You will own the process of evaluating, configuring, implementing, and supporting our sales and marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and sales technology.
  • HubSpot Marketing Certification with Administrator experience (required).
  • Experience with HubSpot inbound and Salesforce integrations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Xactly (a plus).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare technology or Therapy ERP/CRM systems (a strong plus).

Responsibilities

  • Manage critical linkages between HubSpot and Salesforce to support lead generation, outbound activities, and customer engagement.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for leveraging prospect and customer data on the HubSpot platform.
  • Collaborate with platform administrators and the Salesforce lead to enhance customer lifecycle engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights to Sales and Marketing.
  • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and the Sales Compensation platform.
  • Act as a super-user and product evangelist for digital tools within the sales and marketing technology stack.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to implement and integrate new technology rollouts.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to improve sales and marketing functions and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Onboard new companies into the existing technology stack.
  • Drive training and adoption of sales and marketing software.
  • Manage vendor relationships and recommend products to optimize technology investments.
