Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred
• 8-12 years of accounting/finance experience (depending on level)
• 5-7 years in a management role
• Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel; experience with Sage, NetSuite, SAP a plus
• Industry experience in specifically, Construction
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Manage projects including close processes, reporting, and reconciliations
• Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Design and implement systems for clients
• Calculate and report indirect taxes
• Prepare cash flow and financial projections
• Review payroll, benefits processing, and 1099 preparation
• Advise clients on financial decisions
• Serve as interim/fractional Controller or CFO
• Troubleshoot client issues
• Manage and mentor staff
