About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that drive customer outcomes and organizational strategy. You will oversee analytics initiatives, standardize reporting, and ensure that data insights are aligned with business priorities. The position balances people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytics strategy, giving you the ability to influence decisions across multiple teams. You will mentor and develop your team, champion analytics best practices, and implement rigorous processes to ensure data quality and governance. This role requires both technical proficiency and strategic thinking to transform complex healthcare data into meaningful business impact. You’ll operate in a remote-first, fast-paced environment, collaborating across the organization to support growth, customer success, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing senior analysts or analytics teams.
  • 2+ years working with healthcare data (clinical, billing, or both).
  • 2+ years of experience on customer-facing projects or directly supporting customer success initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in startups or scaling mid-sized organizations.
  • Technical expertise in SQL (advanced), BI/data visualization tools (advanced), Python (proficient), with familiarity in dbt, Git, and statistics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-value analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes and aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.
  • Standardize reporting across internal and external tools, ensuring a single source of truth and consistent system of record for customer data.
  • Prioritize analytics initiatives that drive measurable impact for customers and align with organizational strategy.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective execution of analyst-driven work.
  • Mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance assessments.
  • Define and implement analytics best practices, including testing, validation, data quality, and governance policies.
  • Oversee the creation of metrics, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and improve customer outcomes.
