Your Role & Impact: As the Business Analytics Manager on the Data Science & Insights (DSI) team, you will lead a dedicated team of analysts focused on the most critical part of our business: our clients. You will bridge the gap between our advanced Data Science capabilities and the actionable insights our clients need to succeed. Your mission is to scale our reporting infrastructure, automate the "heavy lifting" of client reviews, and deliver bespoke analytical solutions that drive client retention and growth. In addition to managing analysis, you are shaping how the business understands performance, evaluates opportunities, and makes decisions with those insights. The quality of your team’s insights will directly influence what gets prioritized. This role reports to the VP of Data Science and Analytics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project-lead capacity.
  • Strategic Mindset: You don't just pull data; you understand the "why" behind the business and how to make data tell a story.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker). Experience with Python or R is a plus, given the reporting line into Data Science.
  • Operational Excellence: A proven track record of automating repetitive tasks and scaling reporting workflows.
  • Communication: The ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients with clarity and wit.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence, curiosity, and client-centricity.
  • Scale Client Reporting: Transition from manual, ad-hoc reporting to a scalable, automated architecture. You will own the roadmap for our client-facing data products.
  • Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Innovation: Design and build self-service tools and standardized templates that allow Account Managers to generate high-impact QBRs with minimal manual effort.
  • Custom Insights: Act as the lead consultant for high-value custom analytics requests, translating complex business questions into structured analytical projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Data Science team to ensure data integrity and alignment on key performance indicators.
