As a Business Analytics Manager Senior within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Marketing & Customer Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Wilmington, DE, Tysons Corners or Vienna, VA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. As a Business Analytics Manager Senior, you won’t just crunch numbers; you’ll drive performance, unlock customer insights, and directly impact how millions of people experience our brand. Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability. Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements . Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities. Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership. Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.
