About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation to support a mission-critical initiative focused on generating client-facing forms and notices across multiple languages in compliance with LL30. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and design teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience using Business Analysis tools such as JIRA, Balsamiq, and MS Visio.
• Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating with technical teams to document business and functional requirements.
• Minimum 4 years of experience overseeing project deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing data models and application prototypes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed functional and business requirements that support client forms and notices containing data combinations, snippets, and variable text.
• Ensure the system design supports rapid development, production, testing, and deployment of ad-hoc notices and communications.
• Identify process flows and dependencies to ensure multilingual generation of client-facing documents (available in 12 languages as per LL30 requirements).
• Conduct requirements review sessions with stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.
• Provide management reporting and information dissemination on project status and progress.
• Analyze and document current business processes and system workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Recommend process enhancements and best practices based on stakeholder feedback and analysis findings.
• Collaborate with business teams, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet specifications.
