About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into IT solutions. This position requires a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise. JOB DESCRIPTION Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document detailed business requirements for IT projects and initiatives Analyze and map current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation Work with technical teams to design and propose IT solutions that align with business goals and requirements Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and use cases that guide the development of IT solutions Plan, coordinate, and conduct UAT activities, ensuring that IT solutions meet business needs and are free of defects Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and support data-driven strategies Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment on project objectives Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business requirements, process diagrams, and project artifacts Support change management efforts by assisting in the development of training materials and providing user support during technology adoption Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, including scope, timeline, and budget Supervisory responsibilities n/a Work environment Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions Physical demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Travel required None Required education and experience Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst Other duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the colleague for this job. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
