About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s or relevant certifications advantageous)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise software implementation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools, data modeling, and project management methodologies
  • Understanding of the relevant industry and business domain
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and familiarity with TRIRIGA Facilities Condition Assessment Model highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect information for process improvement
  • Document and model existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized solutions
  • Prepare clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT or development teams to ensure understanding and alignment
  • Develop and execute test plans and cases to validate implemented solutions
  • Assist in change management by supporting training, documentation, and monitoring the impact of process changes
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation
