We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst or Technical Support Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, asking thoughtful questions, and learning how business systems and technology work together. In this position, you will serve as the first line of support for inbound questions received through our support email, assisting agents with issues related to our CRM platform (GoHighLevel / GHL), website, and sales platform. Over time, you will also gain exposure to the analytical and technical aspects of our systems, including dashboarding and large datasets. This role is designed as a growth opportunity, with clear paths into CRM operations, analytics, or more technical platform/software roles. All platform- and support-specific knowledge will be learned on the job. Success in this role is driven by curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
