About The Position

We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst or Technical Support Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, asking thoughtful questions, and learning how business systems and technology work together. In this position, you will serve as the first line of support for inbound questions received through our support email, assisting agents with issues related to our CRM platform (GoHighLevel / GHL), website, and sales platform. Over time, you will also gain exposure to the analytical and technical aspects of our systems, including dashboarding and large datasets. This role is designed as a growth opportunity, with clear paths into CRM operations, analytics, or more technical platform/software roles. All platform- and support-specific knowledge will be learned on the job. Success in this role is driven by curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
  • Prior exposure to CRM platforms, SaaS tools, or technical support roles
  • Experience with or knowledge of SQL, particularly PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with AWS services, including AWS Lambda
  • Experience working with n8n or similar workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with or interest in: Grafana and/or Power BI, Node.js, Python
  • Educational background in business analysis, IT, computer science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inbound support emails from agents
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM workflows, automations, and data, Website behavior and integrations, Sales and lead management platforms
  • Clearly document issues, root causes, and resolutions
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process or system improvements
  • Escalate complex or system-level issues to technical or product teams as needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal users
  • Assist in analyzing system behavior, performance, and data accuracy
  • Support dashboarding and monitoring efforts using Grafana and Power BI
  • Work with large commission and financial datasets, where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount
  • Help validate data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure reporting integrity
  • Collaborate with technical team members to understand platform workflows and system architecture
  • Learn and gradually contribute to tools and technologies such as: Monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Power BI) Cloud environments (AWS) Databases and querying (SQL / PostgreSQL) Serverless and automation tools (AWS Lambda) Workflow automation platforms (n8n or similar tools) Internal tools and scripts (Node.js, Python)
