About The Position

About the Role We are looking for a strong analyst who can support our expanding business. Provide ad-hoc statistical analysis of large data sets. Provide statistical support to ongoing projects. Identify recurring operational processes and automate in SQL. Create and/or generate existing reporting for supervisors. Develop new performance tracking tools for production staff. Build/maintain/enhance Power BI dashboard reporting. Extract and analyze data to support business initiatives.

Requirements

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Bachelor's Degree in statistics, actuarial science, or related quantitative field.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company business techniques, files, and other documents.
Ability to work under strenuous deadlines and to handle multiple concurrent projects.
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective oral/written communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate sound business judgment and the ability to work successfully with all levels of professionals, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Required to sit for extended periods of time.
Possession of equivalent and relevant combinations of experience, education, and training may be substituted at management discretion.

Nice To Haves

2 or more years of experience in an analytical/quantitative role.
Experience with statistical techniques and modeling preferred.
Experience in writing and running efficient SQL queries.
Understanding of dashboard creation tools such as Power BI.
