About The Position

Evans is hiring a Business Analyst to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will perform support functions that assist in executing project requests and supporting client program needs. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in executing project and business management related tasks, while supporting administrative and program support needs. Location details: This role is on-site 4-5 days/week at the FAA Headquarters in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to support multiple activities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt and navigate through a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Maintaining internal and external relationships while executing clear communications.
  • Prioritization of program and project updates while adhering to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with program support, program management, and quality assurance.
  • Experience improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness by which client program information is shared and communicated.
  • Ability to listen to clients’ challenges and proactively help them solve problems and follow through on actions.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams with minimum supervision.
  • U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.

Nice To Haves

  • Government contracting experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and advise the Business Manager in developing and updating management tasks as assigned.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to a large audience including executive leaders and stakeholders.
  • Support the Business Manager in creation and quality assurance of power point briefs, document writing and review.
  • Support briefing development by participating in strategic meetings and internal program reviews.
  • Initiate client planning meetings, agendas, and follow ups while overseeing meeting logistics and briefings.
  • Provide meeting facilitation and logistics support such as taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting materials, and summary notes.
  • Review and approve initial travel authorizations for federal employees in compliance with policy and regulations.
  • Audit and process federal travel vouchers upon completion of travel to verify expenses align with approved authorizations.
  • Review submitted expense documentation for accuracy, eligibility, and adherence to federal travel guidelines.
  • Build and maintain project continuity between stakeholders of various backgrounds and organizations.
  • Remain proactive in corresponding to program tasks and initiatives while ensuring the implementation of program activities.
  • Executive administrative tasks as needed while providing consistent program support.
