As a Business Analyst within our team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to support and drive key business initiatives within Glitnor. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights, contributing to the overall success of Glitnor.

Requirements

A Self starter, problem solver with a drive to deliver
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, experience within the iGaming industry an advantage.
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to present the data & analysis clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of problem-solving and critical thinking.
Experienced writing SQL and working with big datasets.
Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets across multiple sources in order to optimize and improve business KPI’s.
Own the data & analysis for multiple departments across the organisation to provide KPI’s, analysis and insight.
Provide insightful interpretations of data, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from collected data to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms, ensuring relevant stakeholders have access to timely and accurate information & analysis.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our operations, providing recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation, driving efficiency and scalability in online casino operations.
Conduct competitive analysis to gain insights into market trends, benchmarking our performance against industry peers.
Dissect data to uncover trends, anomalies, and pivotal opportunities.
Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
