Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, project management or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Excel, Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering clear, concise updates to stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams
  • Active listening and willingness to understand others’ perspectives when working across function teams
  • Ability to plan, organize, execute, and oversee tasks, and timelines to achieve key objectives
  • Ability to effectively adapt to change, demonstrating flexibility & an open mind to new ideas
  • Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivated and takes pride in output and ownership in delivering superior results
  • Good judgment and discretion

Responsibilities

  • BUSINESS ANALYSIS Lead the gathering, documentation, & analysis of business requirements from stakeholders
  • Identify & propose improvements to processes/workflow
  • Develop business cases, process maps, & documentation to support change initiatives
  • Document requirements, define scope, objectives & formulate systems to parallel business strategies
  • Analyze operational data to provide insights that support decision-making & strategic planning
  • Support data-driven decision-making through analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT Assist in project planning, prioritization & resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication protocols.
  • Track project milestones, manage risks, & ensure that deliverables are met on time & within scope
  • Support change management & ensure smooth transitions for users adopting new systems/processes
