About The Position
The person in this position upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. They are responsible for eliciting and documenting user requirements and user stories in real time in an Agile/DevOps environment. They are responsible for establishing the minimum viable product, grooming the backlog, and Change Management. d. 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders e. 4 years' experience eliciting and documenting user requirements. f. Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
Requirements
- 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders
- 4 years' experience eliciting and documenting user requirements.
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
- BA/BS with minimum 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
- Require IAT Level I (A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, and SSCP) Certification, and CE/OS Certification.
- Product Owner certification.
