As a Business Analyst for EOHS vendor hosted applications, you will operate as an individual contributor focused on end-to-end delivery support by translating EOHS business needs into high quality analysis and accurate definition that guides scalable system configurations. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and hands on application configuration, working mainly with EOHS technology peers and in partnership with EOHS business leaders and external vendor partners, to support timely, reliable delivery of solutions with strong user experience. This role is intentionally highly collaborative and execution focused. Successful outcomes depend on frequent, real-time discussions to clarify requirements, validate configuration approaches, and align on how systems function, behave, and are experienced by users. Work is progressed through continuous partnership, guided design direction from EOHS technology leaders, and iterative configuration. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
