A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… Collect, aggregate, and analyze data in numerous dimensions to identify opportunities for success. Present findings to senior leadership with proposed solutions, quantified impacts, and timelines for execution. Establish repeatable and scalable framework to monitor measures of success weekly, monthly, and quarterly. WHO YOU ARE You possess … BS/BA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Proficient Microsoft product experience Exceptional interpersonal/communication and business partnering skills.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in a Business Data Analysis or related role.
  • MS Office Suite: advanced understanding of Excel and modeling (required).
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Valuations or Mortgage Services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate multiple datasets to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders, including objectives, quantified impacts and timelines for implementation.
  • Establish enhanced and repeatable routines to monitor improvement.
  • Assist with management of datasets, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Provide executive level presentations (high level) using Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Perform all other duties assigned.
