About The Position

Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications that undergo business stakeholder review. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, balancing flexibility with collaboration. In-office expectations are 2–3 days per week, averaging 10–12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Requirements

• Interpret, contribute to, or lead business case creation with client departments to quantify current costs, justify project investment, and identify the return on investment.
• Conduct an enterprise readiness assessment to determine the organization's readiness for change.
• Lead facilitated sessions for requirements elicitation, focus groups, and user acceptance testing.
• Utilize the appropriate modeling tool(s) to diagram the requirements from data and state changes, process and process improvements, as well as use cases and user stories.
• Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, High School (HS) (Required)
• General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
• Identify, elicit, and document project/process requirements, using appropriate modeling technique, if required.
• Analyze requirements and validate with original users, eliminating confusion.
• Define the testing scripts and verification criteria to ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain documentation and traceability throughout project.
• Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
• Collect business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
