As a Business Analyst Senior within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Lakewood, CO. The CCCD Sr Business Analyst provides technical proficiency, configures, and maintains the third-party Fiserv credit card processing system for PNC’s credit card products. This includes how it executes credit card processes and transactions as well as how it interacts with other PNC technology surrounding systems. Will be responsible for identifying change needs, helping to define requirements, developing and testing systemic solutions, and overseeing the process to implement them on the Fiserv (FDR) platform. Based on the assigned role and area of expertise, our CCCD Sr Business Analysts also engages with various Tech Development Project teams for surrounding PNC applications and architecture. Will execute some routine functions to ensure the card processing system operates effectively for our internal partners and cardholder customers. A successful candidate will have some Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or other process improvement and/or systems experience. Should know how to perform the Business Analyst discipline within both an Operations and/or an Agile Tech Development environment. Strongly prefer experience in Fiserv credit card processing system or other credit card experience. Some experience with pulling data and data analysis preferred but not required (i.e., SQL, SAS, Python, other). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Responsibilities

• Directs in the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements, and participates in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.
• Provides consultation to clients on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project management.
• Develops and maintains of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.
• Independently obtains and identifies the business requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes.
• Provides expertise and problem-solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process.
• Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs.
• May communicate with stakeholders and technology teams on moderately complex business requirements, provides gap analysis and facilitates future business process modeling for clients.
