The team We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Business Analyst with strong Agile experience to drive business process improvements and support high-quality solution delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools for reporting and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to exceptional delivery standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automobile industry.
  • Background in business process management and cloud technologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to define and document business and technical requirements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Analyze current ("as-is") processes and design improved ("to-be") solutions, conducting gap and impact analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and functional specifications including user stories, business rules, and data requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and solution architects to refine backlog items, support roadmap planning, and manage scope effectively.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives) to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business and quality standards.
  • Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of deliverables.
