Here's what you can expect as a Business Analyst for Revenue Operations (ROPS), Yield Optimization Team at DaVita: This position will understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle and initiate/co-drive project work that affects the bottom line of the organization and helps take ROPS to World Class via strategic, measured, and intentional methods of improving Yield. The ideal candidate in this role will have excellent written and/or verbal communication, analytical skills and demonstrate ability to think critically and operate somewhat autonomously. Business Analysts will be able to synthesize findings through root cause analysis and/or data analytics, knowledge from previous projects and relationships with business partners in order to recommend, facilitate and drive process improvements. Analysts will see the process through from start to finish in terms of gathering data, communicating with partners, implementation, and post-implementation plans.
