About The Position

Provide day-to-day leadership support, strategy implementation, and business unit/project support for the Resource Management team to ensure positive operational and organizational goals are achieved. This includes strengthening internal business processes, delivering timely data and insights, supporting growth initiatives and process improvements, and providing tailored support across business lines. Functional Expertise Strategic Reporting and Analysis Advisor to the Management Team Business Unit Compliance and Oversight Executive Management Presentations Organizational Support Customer Service Strategy Plan Implementation and Administration Risk Mitigation Leadership Performance improvement analytics, supply/demand projections, workforce planning, design Power BI dashboards, and goal monitoring Business Acumen Provide strategic reporting, analysis, and oversight for regulated Resource Management business lines Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards Create presentations for projects and leadership requests Facilitate monthly project meetings Lead or support special projects and cross-functional committees Build strong relationships with Project Managers, Business Operations, and other key stakeholders Engagement Foster a diverse and engaging work environment Demonstrate expertise, integrity, and sound decision-making Support meaningful goals and address performance issues proactively Build cross-functional partnerships Promote collaboration and continuous skill development Champion change in a dynamic business environment

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in utilities or related industries
  • 2–4 years in data analysis and process improvement
  • 4+ years in project cost tracking
  • Experience with business processes and systems (e.g., CC&B)
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
  • Power BI

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
