About The Position

We are hiring a Business Analyst – Business Ops and Analytics who will partner with business leaders to develop and improve all centralized surveys conducted in the company such as NPS, CSAT and ESS. By bringing uniformity and transparency to the process, we will help build a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and meritocracy. We are looking for someone who is innovative with a continuous improvement mindset. You must have a love of learning, desire to grow, and a willingness to question and push for excellence.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years working as a business or research analyst
• Expert knowledge of Excel – Vlookup, graphs, pivot functions, etc.
• Good understanding of analytic reporting
• Strong ability to prioritize projects and report deliverables
• Manages own projects, determining appropriate approach, resources, and timeframes
• Strong interpersonal skills – needs to be able to drive the business

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end survey process and ensures best practices are being followed
• Partners with the business to drive participation
• Review and present program status and analyses with business leaders prior to meetings with CEO and other key stakeholders
• Ensures accuracy of data being presented to business leaders
• Identify trends and/or areas of improvement and communicates the insights of these to the wider business
• Responds quickly to ad-hoc requests while maintaining regular reporting deliverables
