Requirements
- Experience working within an Agile environment and implementing best practices
- Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, development team, and end-users
- Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and help resolve team challenges
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role, or 9+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role in lieu of degree

Responsibilities
- Contribute to development using Atlassian and Microsoft products.
- Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
- Provide requirements and task management to facilitate deliveries of fellow team members.
- Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for value or product streams.
