About The Position

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business Operations & Program Integration Analyst (Mid / Senior) with an active TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA. The Business Operations & Program Integration Analyst serves as the central business execution function for complex DoD programs. This role ensures alignment between funding, staffing, acquisition activity, and operational execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Operations, or related discipline (MBA/MPA preferred for Senior tier).
5–7 years (Mid) or 8+ years (Senior) experience supporting DoD programs, business operations, or program management offices.
Demonstrated experience with budget execution, burn-rate tracking, and incremental funding management.
Experience supporting CLIN-level tracking, labor hour analysis, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, briefing, and executive communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
TS/SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

Track budget execution, burn rates, and funding risk across incrementally funded programs.
Maintain CLIN-level financial visibility and labor hour tracking.
Integrate acquisition, technical, and operational schedules into a unified execution view.
Support staffing plans, onboarding status, and continuity of operations planning.
Prepare senior-leader briefings, dashboards, and execution reports.
Support governance forums and internal control processes.
