Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related discipline from a reputable academic institution
• Outstanding academic record
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding or interest in Artificial Intelligence is highly important
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, initiatives, or community engagement
• No prior professional experience is required

Nice To Haves

• MBA is considered a strong advantage (preferred)
• Knowledge of programming, data analytics, or quantitative tools is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data collection across various industries and business sectors
• Synthesize, structure, and analyze information to generate meaningful insights
• Visualize data and develop clear recommendations to support decision-making
• Support the development of optimization models
• Assist in building financial and cash-flow models
• Engage with clients and industry experts to gather insights and validate findings
• Contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and project deliverables
