About The Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in integrations and telecom carrier domains. The role focuses on UC/CCaaS platforms, carrier integrations, and communication services, ensuring seamless connectivity, data flow, and alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Understanding of UC/CCaaS platforms and communication ecosystems
  • Basic knowledge of SIP protocols, carrier integrations, and APIs
  • Understanding of SBC (Session Border Controller) operations and fraud detection concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Microsoft Teams, Graph API, or PowerShell is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements related to integrations and carrier services
  • Analyze and support UC/CCaaS platforms, carrier connections, and messaging flows
  • Act as a bridge between business, IT, and integration teams, ensuring clear communication across all parties
  • Support integrations involving carrier APIs, SIP/BYOC, and connector frameworks
  • Analyze existing integration processes and propose improvements for scalability and efficiency
  • Evaluate solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical constraints
  • Contribute to project planning, tracking, and delivery coordination
  • Develop test plans, support UAT, and validate integration scenarios
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (requirements, process flows, integration specs, reports)
