  • Build and maintain dashboards & data models in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel; automate recurring reporting and ensure data quality, lineage, and governance.
  • Analyze automation system performance (WMS/WES/WCS telemetry) across goods‑to‑person, shuttle/ASRS, AMRs, conveyors, and sorters; quantify downtime, MTBF/MTTR, and bottlenecks; recommend fixes and track results.

  • Support financial planning: build scenario models for volume ramps, network changes, and capital/maintenance ROI; reconcile performance to budget/forecast.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional reviews: lead weekly performance huddles with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and Finance; publish actions, owners, and due dates.
  • Partner directly with the Global Head of Quality, Operations and Commercial to monitor quality metrics, validate performance trends, and ensure timely execution of corrective actions that protect and elevate our service level standards.
