Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Quality & Compliance, this position will collaborate with key business users, cross-functional teams and IT staff to ensure IT solutions meet business needs. The incumbent will develop, interpret, review, validate, document and maintain business and functional requirements for software applications. This position serves as the primary interface between business users and IT staff to determine feasibility, research, identify and present options that best serve TRS business needs. This position may be required to present formal presentations to end users, stakeholders and management. In addition, this position will participate in application acceptance testing, identify potential problems, and assist with researching opportunities to minimize complexity and develop stronger systems and processes. The ability to easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes is required. The incumbent must be creative and innovative.
