About The Position

As a Business Analyst, Digital Platforms, you will be pivotal in translating business needs into actionable requirements that guide digital product development. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define user stories, align solutions with organizational goals, and ensure product features meet intended outcomes. In this role, you will analyze data and customer insights to uncover opportunities for improvement and drive data‑informed decision‑making. You will also champion process optimization and support the adoption of best practices across the digital product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • In lieu of degree 10 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role within digital product development.
  • 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role within digital product development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, platforms and customer-centric technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable digital solutions.
  • Requirements and delivery expertise, using tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence and Trello) to document, prioritize and manage business and technical needs.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder partnership, translating technical concepts into business-focused language for global, non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and product development (including UX principles, agile methods and a foundational understanding of application programming interfaces (APIs), databases and front-/back-end systems).
  • Highly organized, collaborative and adaptable, with strong project management, attention to quality and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Experience working with an agency or external partner.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business needs by partnering with stakeholders, documenting detailed requirements, and conducting gap analyses to guide digital product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and technical teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and support creation of wireframes or prototypes.
  • Serve as the liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood, implemented, and validated through testing.
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings, communicate project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations by identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to provide insights, create dashboards/reports, and support data‑driven product decisions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, promote Agile/Scrum best practices, and support change management for new tools, systems, or workflows.
