Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and/or work experience)
• 1–3 years of experience as a business or financial analyst
• Strong analytical skills and experience developing data-driven reports
• Proficiency with SQL
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
• Support development and enhancement of ServiceNow dashboards and reporting solutions
• Assist with integration of ServiceNow data into Power BI for advanced reporting and visualization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
• General understanding of business operations, processes, and information flow

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to ServiceNow dashboarding and Power BI integration
• Strong interest in expanding skills in enterprise reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain business analysis and data tracking systems
• Collaborate with data owners, analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather and define data requirements
• Maintain databases and perform updates to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Review and audit reports to identify and correct discrepancies
• Analyze and collect data for business and contract reporting
• Develop reports that provide insight into key financial and operational metrics
• Present findings and analysis clearly in written and verbal formats to leadership
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational objectives
• Monitor data to identify trends in financial, business, and operational performance
