The Business Analysis Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills to interrogate data sets, identify patterns and highlight trends. Strong financial background is required including knowledge of CCAR, interest rate risk an RWA. Experience in creating clear, professional presentation materials is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Program Leadership: Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities, particularly within areas such as Risk Management (e.g., IRRBB, NTMR), data capabilities, and AI/automation initiatives. Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, ensuring clear articulation of milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements. Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable program plans, managing their execution from initiation to closure. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders across various business units and functions. Establish and maintain robust communication channels, providing transparent, timely, and concise updates on program status, risks, and benefits. Synthesize various data points to facilitate effective executive-level decks and materials for presentation to stakeholders Execution & Delivery Excellence: Oversee multiple, interconnected projects within the program, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Drive program management for deliverables aligned to emerging technologies such as AI adoption and advanced analytical platforms such as QRM Champion program management for projects aligned to process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance speed, efficiency, and reliability of functional processes Financial & Resource Management: Manage multi-million dollar program budgets, ensuring effective allocation, tracking, and forecasting of financial resources. Oversee resource planning and allocation across projects, optimizing team composition and utilization. Identify and secure necessary funding and resources for successful program delivery. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical items to senior leadership when appropriate. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external standards. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and problem-solving within the program team. Measurement & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the program, reporting on progress, benefits realization, and lessons learned. Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports for various governance bodies.
