Role and Responsibilities The Opportunity We are seeking a confident individual with strong digital operations and contract familiarity in the ads space who understands the importance of communication, solutions and delivery. The individual should have a passion for contract management, helping to review, draft, negotiate contracts to support our Digital Advertising Sales Team, and cross-functional teams. Candidate must have strong contract review and redline experience, experience working with legal/compliance/privacy teams. The Business Affairs Manager is expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company. Candidate must demonstrate an ability to project/operations management, including ability to prioritize projects based on details, terms, and balance work load individually, communicate and organize accordingly. Candidate must demonstrate strong communication & administrative skills. Candidates with a strong knowledge base of digital media operations including video, display and connected TV, Advanced TV and insights-based advertising experience a plus. The Business Affairs Manager will report directly to the Head of Business Affairs and based in the NYC office.
