DIRECTV's Sales and Marketing Operations Team is seeking a Business Administrator 2 to join us! This position is a virtual work opportunity and can be located anywhere in the contiguous United States. The Business Administrator 2 will be accountable for managing the operational activities supporting the DIRECTV video Commercial lines of business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to production support of projects and strategic initiatives impacting the Commercial business, reporting, specialty billing, manual process oversight, and production issue resolution. The position is expected to work independently to manage individual and team deliverables and priorities. The role will also work with cross-functional groups (e.g. Sales, Commercial Operations Project Management, IT, Customer Service, Legal, Dealer Compensation, etc.) to execute initiatives (either parts of or entire work efforts) intended to increase sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction. The Business Administrator 2 will assist in identifying solutions, process efficiencies, and enhancements for program development, operations, and support areas.
