Customer Relationship Management - Functions as a Customer Relationship Manager for the CFO-Shared Services Center. Resolves problems, and ensures that customer service levels are met. Performs regular customer visits to build and maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Promotes services to increase business and expand customer base. When assigned by the Operations Manager, function as Manager on Duty and oversee all employees and activities of the CFO-Shared Services Center. Initiate process analysis and continuous quality improvement efforts. Monitors delivery levels and quantity/quality of service delivery. Participates in SSC meetings to review and analyze operational issues and design and implement appropriate solutions. Complex Transaction Processing and Problem Resolution – Performs complex transactions, and researches and resolves transactional issues for customers and SSC staff. Anticipates potential issues and proactively takes charge to prevent errors and customer service breakdowns from occurring. Processes complex transactions for DSO's (STAUG, CATTL). Trainer - Responsible for providing or arranging training for shared services staff members and college liaisons. Trains SSC staff on all policies and procedures, and maintains up to date training for all. During periods of slow activity, identifies and assigns educational activities to staff to increase knowledge base and insure continued professional growth. Budget Prep and Budget Support - Input customer budgets into the Hyperion system as needed. May provide budget reports to SSC customers as requested in order to assist them with the management of their operations. Responsible for assisting or filling in for SSC Specialists for fiscal or HR/payroll transaction services as needed to cover for other team members’ absences and/or increased volume to ensure seamless continuity of service to customers. Maintain effective business relationships with college and UF core offices. Liaise between the unit and Human Resource Services (HRS), Academic Personnel, Payroll, Purchasing Services, Disbursement Services, or General Accounting. Serve as the Department Security Administrator (DSA) for the SSC and all customer units.
