What a day in the life looks like for a SMB Account Specialist: Execute a Professional Sales Process: Follow a structured, professional sales process that ensures each step, from initial contact to closing the sale, is handled precisely and carefully. Personal Attainment of BeMobile and Verizon Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets set by BeMobile and Verizon. Support SMB sales interactions in retail stores: Be an available expert who can remotely support retail locations' interactions with SMB customers. Close SMB leads shared from all sources: Take leads shared from retail stores, marketing efforts, Verizon, and all other sources to completion. Leads should be handled with urgency and care for the customer. Exceed Customer Expectations: Go above and beyond to ensure business customers have an exceptional experience. This includes understanding their needs, providing solutions, and offering post-sale support.
