The pay for this position starts at $18.21 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.

Requirements

Associate's degree in business or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of two years' experience in financial services or a similar environment.
Basic understanding of lending process preferred.

Nice To Haves

Credit union experience and familiarity with credit union products and services preferred.
Knowledge of corporate filings and tax returns preferred.

Responsibilities

Opens all business and trust deposit accounts. Knowledgeable about business structures and what is needed for account opening.
Completes all maintenance requests for business accounts, including changing or removing signers, adding accounts, etc.
Responds to business member inquiries regarding the operation of accounts, access to services, account discrepancies, ordering business checks and debit cards, and assisting with complaint resolution.
Cross-sells credit union business deposit services and loan products to members and non-members.
Provides all appropriate disclosures for business account establishment. Explains and answers questions regarding account disclosures.
