About The Position

TRICOR, LLC is growing and we’re looking for a Business Account Manager (AM) to join our team. You can work out of any of our WI locations. At TRICOR, Account Managers play a critical role in servicing and supporting our business clients. This role combines client relationship management, insurance knowledge, and strong organizational skills to deliver exceptional day-to-day service and ensure long-term client success. Responsibilities

Provide high-level client service and focus on retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
Manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems.
Review and evaluate new and existing accounts.
Complete and submit applications.
Update or add new coverage based on client requests.
Pursue continuous learning to expand product knowledge and service effectiveness.
Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.
