Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Business Architects. Candidates should have experience with the following: - Strategic Business Architecture & Capability Alignment Serve as the strategic connector between LOB AMG and AMG Technology, aligning on business objectives, value streams, and long‑range business needs to ensure technology is positioned to enable growth. Identify proactive opportunities for capability enhancement—analyzing areas of improvement, forecasting future-state needs, and shaping target‑state architecture to guide both business and technology planning. - Stakeholder Engagement, Translation, and Business Planning Act as a translator between business and technology domains—uncovering high-level requirements, clarifying intent, and ensuring both sides maintain a shared understanding of priorities, constraints, and desired outcomes. Support business planning cycles and committee walkthroughs while engaging key stakeholders (sales-focused and process-focused groups) to tailor communication, validate needs, and drive alignment across diverse audiences. Job Description Designs business architecture through conducting needs analysis, routine problems resolution and outcomes estimation, in accordance with standards and processes. Delivers technical roadmaps on business processes, application blueprints, data models and system over layers to support business objectives, standards and processes. Analyzes business requirements, current technical gaps and possible applications needed to support business strategies and expectations. Plays a key role in conducting risk assessments, quality assurance processes and routine issue resolution in business architecture. Estimates on the effectiveness of business architecture outcomes; communicates about client feedback to technology teams in order to improve deliverables and meet business requirements.
