Requirements
- 3-5 years of dealership experience (required)
- 4+ years total automotive technician experience
- Must have your own tools
- Proven ability to produce consistent hours (80+ flagged per pay period)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- GM experience preferred
- CDK and Xtime experience a plus
- EV and Diesel experience a plus
- ASE certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform full bumper-to-bumper inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs
- Diagnose and repair issues using OEM guidelines and advanced diagnostic tools
- Complete multi-point video inspections for customers
- Work across engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, EV, and diesel systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet efficiency standards
