This role reports directly to our customer site in New Holland, PA. Living nearby is a plus, but not required. What We're Looking For: A reliable professional who can work a consistent 11:00am–7:00pm schedule, with occasional morning or evening shifts when needed Someone who can oversee day porters and evening porters to ensure quality standards are met A “working supervisor” mindset — willing to jump in, clean when needed, and support floor work Strong problem-solving and light handyman abilities Bilingual skills are a plus Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we’ll help)

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook/Task Manager

Nice To Haves

• Commercial janitorial services industry experience preferred.
• CRM experience a plus!
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Living nearby is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and support staff
• Manage consumables/supply control
• Perform weekly safety inspections (including eye wash stations)
• Replace or repair lighting and ensure emergency exit signage is operational
• High-dusting tasks using lifts
• Maintain and refresh facility items such as shower curtains and countertop coatings
• Support additional facility needs as they arise
