PT BUILDING SERVICE WORKER
About The Position
This is a Part-Time position without benefits $13.39 per hour Essential Job Functions: Responsible for facility rental setups and breakdown, ensuring seamless execution daily. Diligently maintains and enhances sanitation and maintenance schedule. Assist with maintaining a current cleaning supply inventory, collaboratively working with division managers to anticipate supply needs and ensuring timely orders, thereby preventing and disruptions due to the depletion of essential items. Proficiently executes diverse cleaning functions including but not limited to, restrooms, mopping, sweeping, kitchen sanitation and trash disposal. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: General knowledge of OSHA safety standards and health departments standards. Basic tool and cleaning supply knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and work with limited supervision. Capacity to work autonomously and a demonstrated aptitude for following directions. Must be physically able to perform active and strenuous work activity both inside and outside which will involve heavy lifting and various weather conditions. Must have a valid Tennessee Driver's License Must pass a background screen, driver's license verification and physical exam, including a drug test. Ability to work nights and weekends is required.
