The Building Operations & Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of KFI’s building systems, equipment, and infrastructure in the Roseville office. This role supports day-to-day facility operations, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, responds to service requests, and assists in optimizing building performance to support occupant comfort and operational excellence. Regular engagement with internal leaders, administration department staff, vendors, and occupants is required. This position is part - time,15-25 hours per week. This is an on-site position during core business hours 8AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday. This position may require occasional overtime, evening/weekend work, or on-call coverage. In addition to supporting ongoing building operations, the specialist may also be asked to contribute to project based work within the Performance Group. This work may include assisting with HVAC system testing, functional performance evaluations, troubleshooting, and other technical field activities that improve the performance and reliability of client facilities.
