Building and Grounds Maintenance
About The Position
IMI is seeking a full-time Building and Grounds Maintenance for our Watkinsville, GA office. The Building and Grounds Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds surrounding the business and multiple buildings on site. Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties. Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower. Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls; sweep walkway of debris. Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes; trim shrubs and pull weeds. Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger. Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping. Perform minor repairs on building around campus as needed. Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
