About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Building Operating Engineer at our 148-room boutique property in the heart of Culver City. This key role is responsible for hotel security and the maintenance of front of house and back of house areas including guestrooms, laundry, electrical, and mechanical systems. This role is primarily overnight. We are looking for professionals who can quickly perpetuate a culture that embraces great design and superlative service. Requirements

A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, hotel experience preferred.
Familiar with stairwell riser operation (pressurized)
Proficient in basic computer skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. This role is primarily overnight.
Subject Matter Expert or Certified in one of the following: Mechanical Woodworking Electrical Plumbing HVAC Gas Painting Pool Operator
