About The Position

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a dependable, versatile individual to join the team as a Building Maintenance (Handyperson)! This role requires someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained while also handling basic repair and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is a “jack-of-all-trades” who can seamlessly move from cleaning and sanitation duties to minor repairs and preventative maintenance. Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial, maintenance, or handyman roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as required.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Perform deep-cleaning projects as scheduled.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the facility.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors when larger repairs are needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, invoices, and maintenance logs.
