Responsibilities
- Maintain upkeep of all building and supplies needed to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect building structures inside and outside to determine any need for repairs
- Inspect facilities to determine problems and maintenance issues
- Inspect and maintain any building systems to report repairs necessary or to outside vendor service technicians
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, minor construction, and repairs
