About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Technician I to support daily maintenance and upkeep of a corporate campus. Working under close supervision of a Senior Manager, this role ensures that owned and leased facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver professional customer service in a corporate environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
Valid Driver's License required
Reliable transportation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of general repair techniques, tools, and equipment
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work overtime when business needs require

Responsibilities

Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs
Assist with furniture installation, tear-down, and space setup
Hang fixtures, signage, and other facility components as needed
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend cost-effective solutions
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Interface professionally with internal customers and provide on-site support
Follow safety protocols, company policies, and maintenance procedures
