Also responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and parking lots.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-4 years of experience in maintenance, including some experience in HVAC, electrical, and carpentry
- Experience with work order management and building systems management required
- Possess organizational and time management skills
- Good customer service skills, identify and meet customer needs
- Must be familiar with computer systems to enter work order data or utilize for work research
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of buildings, parking lots and yards.
- Repair and maintain generator, lighting controls, HVAC systems, fire alarms, security alarms, and security cameras.
- Perform general facility upkeep, to include changing light bulbs and painting.
- Keep showers and restrooms in good working order.
- Keep electronic maintenance records of all daily repairs and services completed; complete monthly report of all maintenance completed.
- Assists in the bid process for outside contract work; contact potential vendors and collect bids.
- May maintain items in the shop area.
- May maintain fuel pumps and air compressors at terminals.
- Ensure landscape irrigation properly maintained.
- Assists in data/electrical wiring.
- Assists with cubical layouts in office buildings.
- May travel to other company facilities for maintenance and building upkeep.
