Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in industrial, facility, or manufacturing maintenance.
• Skillset: Confident with tools, machinery, and building systems; able to read technical plans; safety-focused.
• Certifications: CDL preferred; heavy equipment operation certification is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Self-starter who can troubleshoot independently and collaborate in teams.
• Tech Comfort: Comfortable using SAP or similar maintenance tracking systems.
• Skills & Mindset Strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Comfortable navigating indoor and outdoor work environments.
• Committed to safety and reliability.
• Able to pivot quickly—whether the job calls for a wrench, a snowplow, or blueprint analysis.
• Enjoys rolling up sleeves and getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance: carpentry, painting, masonry, flooring, and more.
• Troubleshoot and repair overhead and automated doors.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery: loaders, backhoes, bobcats, Gradalls, and CDL dump trucks.
• Interpret blueprints and floor plans to guide maintenance and construction projects.
• Manage digital work orders and parts ordering via SAP.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols (including LOTO).
• Respond to emergencies and seasonal needs (e.g., snow removal).
• Collaborate across departments and support continuous improvement.
